    Hand Painted Robin

    Without display stand
    A hand painted robin perched on a branch surrounded by autumn leaves.

    This unique stained glass panel would look fabulous hanging in a window or displayed on the window sill using a display stand (not included).

    Each piece of glass has been hand cut and the design painted on in layers. The colours for the robin have been created using glass powder which has been fused to the glass before the painted details were added. Each layer of paint has been fixed permanently by firing in my kiln to a temperature of around 670 degrees Celsius in order to permanently fix in place.

    Once cooled, the glass is edged with copper foil tape and soldered together. The hanging has been edged in lead came for extra strength and comes with a ribbon for hanging.

    This piece measures approximately 21.5 by 17cm.

    *Not recommended for outdoor use.

    *Solder contains lead. Wash hands after handling and keep out of reach of children.
