Shipping

I ship all parcels using Royal Mail.

For shipping within the UK I use second class standard for parcels under £20 and signed for for parcels over £20.  If you would like to have your parcel sent first class you can select this option at the checkout.

Internatonal parcels are sent fully tracked. 

Whilst it is fairly straightforward to calculate the cost of shipping one item it can be more difficult with multlipe items as prices depend on the weight and value of the parcel.  If when posting the shipping is less than anticipated I will issue a partial refund to reflect this.

Please note, for customers outside the UK import levies and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.

Shipping times may vary and can sometimes take longer than expected due to hoilday periods etc. If you feel your parcel has got lost please conatct me so that I can investigate.  I always obtain proof of postage.

Unfortunately, due to post Brexit rules and regulations, I am not currently shipping to Europe.
