Returns Policy


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, I'm sorry to hear that, however, simply get in touch with me and arrange to return the item in its original unused condition within 14 days of receipt.

Returned items should be unused and unworn (if applicable) and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. I will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, I will also be happy to exchange the item.

Unfortunatley I can't accept returns on items that have been personalised, custom made or made to order.

Due to the handmade nature of the items I rarely accept cancellations after I have begun to make an item. Please contact me as soon as possible if you have any concerns regarding your order.

Please note:

Goods will only be accepted for return if they are posted within 28 days of delivery, unless I have notified you otherwise.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches me. Therefore for your own protection I recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. If an item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value caused as a result of damage.

The cost of returning the item to me is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.

Faulty/damaged items:

Whilst I take every effort to ensure your item arrives in perfect condition, if your item is damaged in transit then please contact me to arrange a repair, replacement or refund. In the event that you need to return the item to me postage will be covered by myself.
